At Custom Art Connect, every shipment represents a unique, handcrafted artwork made specially for you. We work with trusted global couriers to ensure your commissioned piece arrives quickly, safely, and with full tracking.


📦 Shipping Method

We ship all completed artworks using DHL Express Worldwide.
Each shipment includes:

  • Secure packaging
  • Real-time tracking
  • Priority handling
  • Insurance coverage for the artwork’s value

⏱ Processing Time

Once the commissioned artwork is fully approved and the final payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day.

Please note: processing time refers to the dispatch of the finished artwork. Production times vary depending on your commission.


🌍 Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes:

2–4 business days, depending on your destination country.

DHL will provide tracking information via email once the shipment has been released.


💰 Shipping Costs & Duties

Shipping is free for all customers worldwide.
All costs related to delivery, including courier fees, packaging, and insurance, are included in the price of your commission.

We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means all taxes, duties, and customs charges are paid by us, so you will not incur any additional fees upon delivery.


🚫 Address Requirements & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package, additional charges may apply for reshipping.

In the rare event of loss or damage, please contact us immediately at contact@customartconnect.com so we can open an investigation with DHL.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Because each artwork is custom-made and approved prior to shipping, we do not accept returns.
